POE/TCP network card reader
TCP network card readers communicate with access controllers, servers and management software over standard Ethernet, replacing RS232 and Wiegand cable runs with a single RJ45 connection for door access, attendance and unmanned entry systems. ZHONGYAN TCP network readers support TCP/IP, HTTP, MQTT and Modbus(option) protocols in the same device, enabling direct integration with building management platforms, SCADA systems and custom applications through free SDK and open API. POE models draw power from the network switch over the same cable, eliminating a separate power supply at each reader location. Standard DC models suit installations where POE switches are not available. A QR code variant reads 13.56MHz NFC IC cards and mobile screen codes over the same network interface for visitor and payment scenarios. Industrial-grade models are available for harsh environments.
